Identifying Sentiment Influences Provoked by Context Factors – Results from a Data Analytics Procedure Performed on Tweets

Context factors have lasting impacts on people’s sentiments. Exploring that different contexts sentiments can be crucial for managing the increasing number of communications companies nowadays maintain with customers via social media channels. To help prevent neg-ative word mouth, we provide an overview about sentiment-influential tweets as one kind texts previously discussed within literature. We collected overall amount 358.923.210 and performed analysis to un-cover effects continents, mobile devices’ oper-ating systems (OS) combination both expressed tweets. Our results show remarkable differences originating from North America Apple devices, which turned out lowest compared other continents OS Android.
